USAC will provide the following before and during the event:

  • A USAC representative will help you organize all of the tasks you need to accomplish weeks before the event takes place.
  • USAC will provide a mailing to all known members in your area to promote the event. USAC will also list your event on the Official USAC Web Site to aid in promotion of the event.
  • USAC will provide all paperwork, and registration forms at no cost to you.
  • USAC will provide judges and staff needed to keep the event running smoothly.
  • USAC will provide all meters necessary for RTA and SPL judging.
  • USAC will provide all trophies and prize money (when applicable)

You will need to provide:

  • A suitable location to hold the event. You will need to make sure the area is large enough to accommodate all competitors, lanes and spectators.
  • Tables, chairs and a location to hold the registration.
  • 120 VAC will be needed in most cases to charge/run some of the equipment required.
  • Local promotion is encouraged to increase the interest in the show.
  • Some form of protection from the elements is appreciated.
